Our Programs and Services

Extraordinary Love LLC offers the following services:

AEL Program — self-study digital course
AEL Inner Circle — group coaching program
AEL Elite — full one-on-one coaching support
Private Premium Coaching — individual coaching for men and women

All programs are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased program via the delivery method specified at checkout.

Payment and Billing

All prices are listed in US dollars
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase, or per the payment plan schedule selected at checkout
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as listed at checkout
Payment plans are a commitment — missed payments may result in suspension of program access until the balance is resolved

Refund Policy

Digital programs are covered by our 30-Day "Take Action" Guarantee
To qualify, you must complete Modules 1, 2, and 3, complete your onboarding, and attend at least one group coaching call within 30 days of purchase
Private coaching is non-refundable
All sales are final after the 30-day guarantee period

Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within our programs — including but not limited to the Strict 7™ Framework, videos, workbooks, coaching materials, written content, and graphics — is the exclusive intellectual property of Extraordinary Love LLC.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute any program materials
Share your login credentials or program access with others
Use our content for commercial purposes without written permission
Record coaching calls without prior written consent

Program Access

Program access is granted to the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable
Sharing access with others is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate cancellation without refund
Extraordinary Love LLC reserves the right to revoke access for violation of these terms

Disclaimers

Our programs provide dating and relationship coaching and education. Results vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to finding a romantic partner or getting married.

Testimonials shared on our website reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results.

Our programs are not a substitute for professional mental health, medical, or legal advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Extraordinary Love LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our programs or website.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the program or service in question.
